Shipping Area We exclusively ship to delivery addresses within the United States. Please note that to ensure quality control and proper inventory management, all orders are dispatched directly from our central United Kingdom warehouse.

Order Handling Time Our fulfillment team processes orders efficiently. The order handling time is 1 to 2 business days, from Monday to Friday, at our United Kingdom fulfillment center. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed the following business day.

Transit Time and Delivery Time Standard shipping transit time within the United States typically takes 4 to 7 business days, from Monday to Friday.

Combined with our handling time, all destinations within the United States can expect a total estimated delivery time of 5 to 9 business days from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Shipping Costs We believe in simple pricing. We offer free standard shipping on all orders across the United States. There is no minimum purchase amount required.

Customs, Duties, and Import Fees Even though your items are shipped internationally from our United Kingdom warehouse, we ship all United States orders on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means Chatham Heritage fully pre-pays all customs duties, import taxes, and courier processing fees. Absolutely no customs duties, brokerage fees, or additional import fees will apply to you upon delivery. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
