At Chatham Heritage, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help with a transparent and straightforward return process.

Return Window We offer a generous 60-day return policy. You have the right to return your item within 60 days from the exact date of delivery.

Item Condition To be eligible for a successful return, your item must be in its original condition. This means the product must be new, unworn, unwashed, unused, with all original tags still attached, and inside its original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs For defective, damaged, or incorrect products: If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, we cover 100 percent of the return shipping costs. Our support team will immediately provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label via email.

For customer remorse: If you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or the item does not fit, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once your return is authorized, our team will provide you with the exact address of our closest return center. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service with a tracking number, as we cannot guarantee or confirm receipt of your returned item without tracking.

How to Initiate a Return Step by Step

Step 1: Contact our customer support team at support@chathamheritage.com. Please state your full name, order number, and the specific reason for your return.

Step 2: Once your return request is reviewed and approved by our team, we will email you the official return authorization form, detailed shipping instructions, and the dedicated address for our return facility.

Step 3: Pack your item securely in its original packaging, include the return authorization form inside the package, and ship it strictly to the address provided by our support team.

Restocking Fees We believe in fair pricing. We do not charge any restocking, handling, or processing fees for returns.

Refund Processing and Method Once your return package is received, inspected, and processed at our facility, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued back to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that your banking institution or credit card company may require additional time to post the transaction to your account.
