Will I have to pay customs or import duties
No. Even though we ship from our United Kingdom facility, all United States orders are sent on a Delivery Duty Paid basis. Chatham Heritage pre pays all customs, taxes, and import fees. The price you see at checkout is exactly what you pay, with zero hidden costs upon delivery.

Can I track my package
Yes. As soon as your order is dispatched from our facility, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to follow your delivery in real time.

Can I change my delivery address after purchasing
If you notice a mistake in your shipping details, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@chathamheritage.com. Once a package has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be altered.

What if my package arrives damaged or incorrect

What is your return window
We offer a generous 60-day return policy. You have the right to return your item within 60 days from the exact date of delivery.

What condition must the items be in
To be eligible for a successful return, items must be in their original condition. This means the product must be new, unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags still attached, and inside its original packaging.

How do I start a return

Who pays for the return shipping costs
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, Chatham Heritage covers 100 percent of the costs and provides a pre-paid return label. For customer remorse reasons such as changing your mind or ordering the wrong size, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. We do not charge any restocking or processing fees.

How do exchanges work
The fastest way to ensure you get the item or size you want is to return the item you have for a refund. Once the return is accepted and processed, you can simply place a separate new purchase for the correct item on our website.
