Where do you ship to and where are orders sent from
We exclusively ship to addresses within the United States. To guarantee the highest product quality and stock availability, all orders are dispatched directly from our central United Kingdom warehouse.
How much does shipping cost
Shipping is completely free for all orders within the United States. There is no minimum order value required.
How long will it take to receive my order
Our order handling time is 1 to 2 business days from Monday to Friday. Standard transit time to the United States takes 4 to 7 business days. This means you can expect your package to arrive within a total estimated timeframe of 5 to 9 business days. The daily order cut off time is 5:00 PM EST.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties
No. Even though we ship from our United Kingdom facility, all United States orders are sent on a Delivery Duty Paid basis. Chatham Heritage pre pays all customs, taxes, and import fees. The price you see at checkout is exactly what you pay, with zero hidden costs upon delivery.
Can I track my package
Yes. As soon as your order is dispatched from our facility, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to follow your delivery in real time.
Can I change my delivery address after purchasing
If you notice a mistake in your shipping details, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@chathamheritage.com. Once a package has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be altered.
What if my package arrives damaged or incorrect
We stand behind our delivery guarantee. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please notify our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the issue, and we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund immediately.
